This contract/Bill of sale is for 1 _____________ Bulldog with Limited or Full Breeding rights (Circle One).
If “LIMITED" has been selected, this puppy is being sold as pet quality only, intended for companionship with no guarantees as to breeding soundness, show-ability, work ability, trainability, temperament or size at maturity. The Buyer(s) agrees to NO BREEDING of this dog (accidental or intentional). The Buyer(s) is to have the dog altered (Spay/Neuter/Vasectomy/Hysterectomy) by the age of 2 years old (24 months) but no earlier than 6 months of age. AKC Limited paperwork will be held by the seller until Buyer provides proof of this alteration of said puppy to the seller, then the AKC paperwork will be sent to the buyer. The Buyer(s) affirms that their purchase is for a "pet home" only and not for breeding purposes. If the dog produces a litter without the knowledge and written consent of the Breeder, the Breeder will be entitled to compensation in the amount of $5,000 (Five Thousand Dollars and no Cents) for breach of contract terms. The Buyer herein agrees to pay the Breeder an additional $1,000 (One Thousand Dollars and no cents) per puppy produced (dead or alive) from the whelping no later than 30 days after the birth of the unwarranted breeding. The General Health Guarantee also becomes null and void if spay/neuter contract is violated. (Spay/ Neuter Agreement attached) The Buyer assumes full liability for this puppy after leaving Breeders care/premises.
Breeder and Buyer(s) further agree that if "Full Registration" has been agreed upon (prior to sale) and noted above in this contract for a show/breeding/working prospect, it is hereby defined to mean that at the time the puppy is delivered to Buyer, it appears to have no disqualifying or serious faults (excluding colors) which would preclude its future exhibition in AKC dog shows. Females are not to be bred before their second estrus cycle, preferably at the age of 18 months old. Males cannot be bred before their eleven (11 months) of age. It is highly recommended, but not required, to health test before breeding. The Buyer assumes full liability for this puppy after leaving Breeders care/premises.
Upon receipt of deposit, the puppy that you have chosen will be taken off the market and will be held for you until the puppy is ready for its new home. (It will be up to the breeder to decide when the puppy is ready to go to its new home, usually at the age of 8-10 weeks, depending on breed and weight of the puppy and how easily it is weaned from the mother. We will NOT, under any circumstances, let the puppy leave before it is ready. There is an additional $200 a week charge for puppies kept longer than 12 weeks of age.)
DEPOSIT POLICY: Buyer has paid a deposit of $______________ (Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE), with balance of $____________ due upon release of the Dog/Puppy to Buyer, for total purchase price $_______________. The expected delivery date is ______________________ (8-10wks from DOB), or such other date as the parties may mutually agree. Payment of the balance may be made by cash, cashier’s check, money order, or PayPal (Friends & Family or add 3%), Venmo (Friends & Family or add 3%), Zelle or Cashapp, credit card-(3% surcharge applies to PayPal/Venmo/Credit Cards processed).
Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Buyer will forfeit the deposit and any rights to the puppy/dog if:
(a) Buyer fails to complete the purchase of the Dog for any reason, or
(b) Buyer fails to pay the balance of the Purchase Price within 15 days of the agreed delivery date.
In either event, Seller shall be free to sell the Dog to another party.
In the event, that the Dog is not available due to sickness, death, or any other circumstance owing to the fault of Seller, Buyer’s deposit will, at Buyer’s option, be either (i) refunded, or (ii) transferred to the next litter of puppies. A boarding fee of $30.00 USD per day will be charged for each day the Dog is boarded by Seller past the agreed delivery date. (Not to exceed $200/wk)
SELLER AGREES TO:
1. Seller guarantees that the puppy/dog is a purebred, offspring of the purebred sire and purebred dam (Listed on Page 1). The Seller does NOT guarantee final size, color, structure or personality of the puppy.
2. Seller agrees the puppy is registered (see page 1 for details of Full vs Limited rights).
3. The Seller guarantees that the puppy is in good health on the date of delivery (____________________). The Buyer has the right to return the puppy to the Seller within 2 days after delivery and receive a replacement puppy of equal value or credit, if the puppy is found by a Licensed Veterinarian to be suffering from untreatable life-threatening disease/defect. Puppy must be returned to Breeder along with all registration papers and Veterinarian documents to support all findings. Buyer is responsible for all fees back to the breeder for full credit value of the puppy. Credit for a replacement pup does not expire. Once puppy is replaced and buyer is fully satisfied credit will be terminated.
4. The Seller agrees to provide any vaccination and microchip information to the buyer at the time of sale.
5. This health guarantee covers congenital life-threatening organ defects that include: heart, kidney, liver, severe hip dysplasia, and nervous system up to 1 year from sale date. (______________________EXP. DATE)
6. Seller will at no time be responsible for any veterinarian bills incurred after Pup is received by the Buyer. Seller will not assist with any veterinarian bills for any conditions. No exceptions.

BUYER AGREES TO: Buyer's Responsibility:
1.The Buyer agrees to provide a life-long commitment, comfortable environment, prompt medical attention, proper grooming, proper training, and socialization along with responsible care. This includes keeping this puppy/dog parasite free and up to date on vaccinations, licensing as required by the area Buyer lives in, proper nutrition, fresh clean water available at all times, adequate exercise both physical and mental stimulation is needed for a well-rounded dog, proper housing, and cleanings as needed to ensure longevity of life. The Buyer promises to provide a safe environment for the dog and never allow the dog to roam freely without proper supervision. Breeder is not responsible or liable for payment of ANY medical, dental, or surgical procedures to maintain the animal's health or well-being after the time of purchase.
2. Buyer understands that the Bulldog Breeds are susceptible to disease due to its physiological Bulldog makeup. This contract does not cover conditions in the French or English Bulldog breed that are considered “common” or “normal” such as severe underbite or uneven bite, any type of allergies, skin allergies, fertility issues, respiratory infection, inverted tails, inverted vulva, stenotic nares, localized demodex, parasitic, fungal or bacterial infection, Thyroid imbalance, elongated soft palate, patellar luxation, entropion or ectropion, trachea issues, cherry eye, loose hips and/ or knees, spinal injury/disease, butterfly vertebrae, undescended testicles, dermatitis, umbilical hernia, and/or demodectic mange. The French Bulldog is a dwarf version of the English Bulldog thus makes this breed susceptible to heat stroke, nasal and tail fold pyoderma, ear infections, skin and eye infections due to their many wrinkles. Keeping the skin folds clean and dry is necessary daily maintenance. The Seller does not guarantee against pyometra since infection can be caused but not limited to outside factors other than genetic ie environmental unsanitary living conditions, abuse/neglect and/or improper socialization. The contract DOES NOT guarantee these conditions. This guarantee DOES NOT cover any injury that happens by accident or caused by buyer or other animals or lack of vaccinations or care of buyer. Hemivertebrae are also not covered as all French or English Bulldogs are a Brachiocephalic breed, and all Brachiocephalic breeds are considered predisposed to Hemivertebrae because of the possibility of the screw-tail characteristic. Hemivertebrae are bones of the spine that are abnormally shaped therefore it is very important to note that you, as the owner of a French or English Bulldog, not let your baby jump from beds, couches, chairs, etc. as this can lead to hip, spine, and elbow injuries.
3.The Buyer agrees to take this puppy to a licensed veterinarian of their choice within (2 Days) 48 business hours. Documentation must be sent to the Breeder within five (5) days in order for the Health Guarantee to be honored. Failure to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within two (2) days of the puppy's delivered/picked up date or if the Buyer fails to provide required immunizations and medical treatment/testing will VOID this health guarantee. Dehydration, Diarrhea, Hypoglycemia, Coccidia, Kennel Cough, Internal and External Parasites, Giardia, Fungal Infections, colds, allergies, or any condition that can be corrected by Veterinarian treatment and any other preventable conditions are NOT covered. However, the Breeder will disclose any known illnesses or health issues prior to the sale. 4. The buyer shall maintain the puppy in good condition which includes regular immunization schedule, heartworm/flea preventative, quality diet, clean/safe environment and not allow the puppy to permanently live outdoors.
5. Buyer agrees that Pup is NOT TO BE LEFT SOLELY IN A BACKYARD OR KENNEL, will be allowed to spend substantial quality time in the home with family members. Pup is sold with the understanding that it will go to carefully selected parties who are familiar with the breed and Buyer will insure that Pup shall become a member of the family. (This is to assure proper development and maintenance of temperament for which Pup was bred.)
6. Duplicate Registration fees are $100 if puppy buyer has lost or misplaced originals.
7. Buyer agrees that this guarantee is not transferable to another owner.
8. Under no circumstances shall Buyer, successors or assignees, allow Pup papers or pedigree to be used to falsely register another dog within any dog or pet registries.
9. If this puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening defect buyer must run all recommended diagnostics which include full blood panel, x-rays and or ultrasound, medications, antibiotics, culture & sensitivity test, surgery, biopsy if needed by a board certified and or specialist License Veterinarian. Buyer will provide all documentations which include, x-ray CD, all pages of invoice and medical notes from all Veterinarians treating the affected puppy, All documentation is required in order to determine if puppy falls under the replacement policy. Seller may request a 2nd opinion by vet of choice.
10. Buyer may opt to pay out remaining balance for full AKC rights within 2 years of puppy sale if puppy is of breeding and or show quality. ($____________________________fee to buy AKC rights after sale.)
Vaccination Limitation: Your puppy has not been fully vaccinated and the recommended vaccination protocol schedule as age appropriate must be continued in order to maintain the (1) year Guarantee outlined above, the Buyer must have all immunizations done by a licensed veterinarian and provide proof of treatment to Breeder upon request. The Buyer acknowledges receipt of the Dog’s official shot record and understands that the below vaccine protocol must be followed in order to follow this agreement. Any deviation from this schedule after the Buyer takes possession of the Dog will void the 1 yr Health Guarantee provided above

NC ROYAL FRENCHIE FARM Replacement Policy:
We DO NOT give cash refunds.
In the event of a congenital caused death, Owner(s) (Buyer(s)) of the puppy must hire a licensed Veterinarian to perform a necropsy exam no later than 48 hours after time of death. If necropsy finding is found with-out doubt the death was caused do to a severe life ending defect then we, NC ROYAL FRENCHIE FARM will credit buyer full value $__________________ towards another puppy of the same breed from a future litter. Buyer is responsible to pay the difference if a higher valued puppy is chosen as a replacement. This credit is valid for up to 2 years from date of death of original puppy.
In the event there are no puppies available at that time, the Buyer will then be placed on a waiting list for the first suitable replacement puppy in comparable value when one becomes available. The Buyer understands that any and all guarantees expire one (1) year from the date of purchase. If an autopsy is not performed this guarantee is no longer valid and the puppy will NOT be replaced. Buyer is responsible for the transportation cost of the replacement puppy.
It is understood that the Seller offers absolutely NO monetary refund after puppy leaves the premises for any reasons change of mind on Buyers part, including, but not limited to issues such as landlords disapproval, dog allergies, disagreements between members of the household, new babies, not getting along with other pets, difficulties with housebreaking, and barking/howling. Buyer will do its due diligence well before making the purchase of said puppy named in this contract.
CREDIT POLICY DOES NOT COVER ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND OR NEGLIGENCE!
CONTRACT VOIDED:
If said puppy/dog has not completed all routine vaccinations by a license Vet which includes Rabies. Removed “NCRFF” and or “NC ROYAL FRENCHIE” prefix off permanent registration papers. Living outside within the first year of life. Living with other unvaccinated dogs in the home. Exposed to public places other than the Vet Clinic before all vaccinations are given. Placed in a home other than the one stated on this contract or with owner(s). Sold, given away, relinquished to animal control, seized by animal control for any reasons or is placed in animal shelter/ pound for any reason, or length of time, or caused death upon pet unlawfully, or by licensed Veterinarian without performing necropsy.
This contract will only be valid while the Breeder is breeding French Bulldogs. Should the Breeder discontinue breeding French Bulldogs, this contract shall be void. This contract is between the Breeder and Buyer(s) signed below. If this puppy/dog is sold to a third party without written consent from the Breeder, this contract will be void and the Buyer agrees to pay the Breeder a total sum of $5,000.00 (Five thousand Dollars and no cents) for breach of contract.
This provision is to ensure that our dogs will not end up homeless or destroyed, and a proper suitable home is found. Rehoming of puppy without proper written consent from Breeder will be considered a breach of contract and Buyer agrees to pay Breeder a total sum of $5,000.00 (Five Thousand Dollars and no cents) and any and all legal fees associated, should legal action be necessary, as well as any fees incurred to regain possession of the dog/puppy.
First Right of Refusal:
If for any reason, Buyer can not keep, or maintain, or retain possession this puppy/dog at any given time, Breeder MUST be notified immediately Breeder has 1st right to purchase said puppy back at ½ of the purchase price. If the Breeder declines, they will help to assist buyer in placing/rehoming of said puppy. At which time, buyer(s) with written permission will sign transfer papers of ownership to rehoming owner and NCRF will supply a relinquish of agreement to the buyer(s). Under no circumstances will the Buyer rehome the dog, which includes surrendering the dog to the shelter/rescue/pound/ 3rd party, medical testing facility or the like without written permission from NCRF.

If at any time you have an issue or miscommunication, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our goal is to connect you with a puppy that can be a part of your family for years to come. We only approve families that have demonstrated to us that they are ready for a long-term commitment and with this we take a very personal approach to assisting each Buyer in choosing the perfect puppy to meet their needs and lifestyle. Buyer agrees to keep contact information, medical records- including any and all health testing results, vaccinations and any/all licensing required by Buyer's town/city/village/county and state up to date with the Breeder for the lifetime of the puppy.
Payment Provisions:
Payments made with PayPal/ CashApp/ Venmo/Zelle or the like CAN NOT be disputed for any type of payment reversal. All money/payments placed on a puppy are NON-REFUNDABLE (unless previously agreed upon in writing by the Breeder). We have a strict NO PayPal/Credit Card Charge back refund policy, and any Buyer who attempts to dispute a transaction will lose all money placed on their puppy and any rights to purchase a puppy from us now and in the future. Buyer will be charged a $5,000.000 (Five Thousand Dollars and no cents) fee for breach of contract terms if they attempt to do any payment reversal/charge back and will be fully responsible for any and all legal fees associated with Breeders court expenses Including but not limited to court fees, filing fees and reasonable attorney's fees. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in the State of North Carolina County of Onslow.

UNDERSTANDING THE CONTRACT TERMS: This contract is non-transferable. Buyer(s) agree that he/she has read the terms and conditions of this contract fully. This contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of North Carolina in the County of Onslow. All other States and Counties are asked to please accept this contract as Legally binding and enforceable.
Legal Provisions: In the event of any litigation in connection with this contract, the Breeder will be paid reasonable attorney fees, court costs and all travel expenses, which resulted for the litigation via the responsibility of the Buyer. This contract will be deemed a legally binding Contract and is under the jurisdiction of the State of North Carolina, in the County of Onslow. Buyer agrees that in the event of any legal action the Buyer must turn over the puppy with Breeder NC ROYAL FRENCHIE FARM until all court proceedings are finalized. It is further agreed that, if for any reason, filing for court, the place of venue shall be in Onslow County, North Carolina State.

The French Bulldog is a dwarf version of the English Bulldog thus makes this breed susceptible to heat stroke, nasal and tail fold pyoderma, ear infections, skin and eye infections due to their many wrinkles. Keeping the skin folds clean and dry is necessary daily maintenance. The Seller does not guarantee against pyometra since infection can be caused but not limited to outside factors other than genetic ie environmental unsanitary living conditions, abuse/neglect and/or improper socialization. The contract DOES NOT guarantee these conditions. This guarantee DOES NOT cover any injury that happens by accident or caused by buyer or other animals or lack of vaccinations or care of buyer. Hemivertebrae are also not covered as all French or English Bulldogs are a Brachiocephalic breed, and all Brachiocephalic breeds are considered predisposed to Hemivertebrae because of the possibility of the screw-tail characteristic. Hemivertebrae are bones of the spine that are abnormally shaped therefore it is very important to note that you, as the owner of a French or English Bulldog, not let your baby jump from beds, couches, chairs, etc. as this can lead to hip, spine, and elbow injuries.
3.The Buyer agrees to take this puppy to a licensed veterinarian of their choice within (2 Days) 48 business hours. Documentation must be sent to the Breeder within five (5) days in order for the Health Guarantee to be honored. Failure to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within two (2) days of the puppy's delivered/picked up date or if the Buyer fails to provide required immunizations and medical treatment/testing will VOID this health guarantee. Dehydration, Diarrhea, Hypoglycemia, Coccidia, Kennel Cough, Internal and External Parasites, Giardia, Fungal Infections, colds, allergies, or any condition that can be corrected by Veterinarian treatment and any other preventable conditions are NOT covered. However, the Breeder will disclose any known illnesses or health issues prior to the sale. 4. The buyer shall maintain the puppy in good condition which includes regular immunization schedule, heartworm/flea preventative, quality diet, clean/safe environment and not allow the puppy to permanently live outdoors.
5. Buyer agrees that Pup is NOT TO BE LEFT SOLELY IN A BACKYARD OR KENNEL, will be allowed to spend substantial quality time in the home with family members. Pup is sold with the understanding that it will go to carefully selected parties who are familiar with the breed and Buyer will insure that Pup shall become a member of the family. (This is to assure proper development and maintenance of temperament for which Pup was bred.)
6. Duplicate Registration fees are $100 if puppy buyer has lost or misplaced originals.
7. Buyer agrees that this guarantee is not transferable to another owner.
8. Under no circumstances shall Buyer, successors or assignees, allow Pup papers or pedigree to be used to falsely register another dog within any dog or pet registries.
9. If this puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening defect buyer must run all recommended diagnostics which include full blood panel, x-rays and or ultrasound, medications, antibiotics, culture & sensitivity test, surgery, biopsy if needed by a board certified and or specialist License Veterinarian. Buyer will provide all documentations which include, x-ray CD, all pages of invoice and medical notes from all Veterinarians treating the affected puppy, All documentation is required in order to determine if puppy falls under the replacement policy. Seller may request a 2nd opinion by vet of choice.
10. Buyer may opt to pay out remaining balance for full AKC rights within 2 years of puppy sale if puppy is of breeding and or show quality. ($____________________________fee to buy AKC rights after sale.)
Vaccination Limitation: Your puppy has not been fully vaccinated and the recommended vaccination protocol schedule as age appropriate must be continued in order to maintain the (1) year Guarantee outlined above, the Buyer must have all immunizations done by a licensed veterinarian and provide proof of treatment to Breeder upon request. The Buyer acknowledges receipt of the Dog’s official shot record and understands that the below vaccine protocol must be followed in order to follow this agreement. Any deviation from this schedule after the Buyer takes possession of the Dog will void the 1 yr Health Guarantee provided above

We DO NOT give cash refunds.
In the event of a congenital caused death, Owner(s) (Buyer(s)) of the puppy must hire a licensed Veterinarian to perform a necropsy exam no later than 48 hours after time of death. If necropsy finding is found with-out doubt the death was caused do to a severe life ending defect then we, NC ROYAL FRENCHIE FARM will credit buyer full value $__________________ towards another puppy of the same breed from a future litter. Buyer is responsible to pay the difference if a higher valued puppy is chosen as a replacement. This credit is valid for up to 2 years from date of death of original puppy.
In the event there are no puppies available at that time, the Buyer will then be placed on a waiting list for the first suitable replacement puppy in comparable value when one becomes available. The Buyer understands that any and all guarantees expire one (1) year from the date of purchase. If an autopsy is not performed this guarantee is no longer valid and the puppy will NOT be replaced. Buyer is responsible for the transportation cost of the replacement puppy.
It is understood that the Seller offers absolutely NO monetary refund after puppy leaves the premises for any reasons change of mind on Buyers part, including, but not limited to issues such as landlords disapproval, dog allergies, disagreements between members of the household, new babies, not getting along with other pets, difficulties with housebreaking, and barking/howling. Buyer will do its due diligence well before making the purchase of said puppy named in this contract.

CONTRACT VOIDED:
If said puppy/dog has not completed all routine vaccinations by a license Vet which includes Rabies. Removed “NCRFF” and or “NC ROYAL FRENCHIE” prefix off permanent registration papers. Living outside within the first year of life. Living with other unvaccinated dogs in the home. Exposed to public places other than the Vet Clinic before all vaccinations are given. Placed in a home other than the one stated on this contract or with owner(s). Sold, given away, relinquished to animal control, seized by animal control for any reasons or is placed in animal shelter/ pound for any reason, or length of time, or caused death upon pet unlawfully, or by licensed Veterinarian without performing necropsy.
This contract will only be valid while the Breeder is breeding French Bulldogs. Should the Breeder discontinue breeding French Bulldogs, this contract shall be void. This contract is between the Breeder and Buyer(s) signed below. If this puppy/dog is sold to a third party without written consent from the Breeder, this contract will be void and the Buyer agrees to pay the Breeder a total sum of $5,000.00 (Five thousand Dollars and no cents) for breach of contract.
This provision is to ensure that our dogs will not end up homeless or destroyed, and a proper suitable home is found. Rehoming of puppy without proper written consent from Breeder will be considered a breach of contract and Buyer agrees to pay Breeder a total sum of $5,000.00 (Five Thousand Dollars and no cents) and any and all legal fees associated, should legal action be necessary, as well as any fees incurred to regain possession of the dog/puppy.
First Right of Refusal:
If for any reason, Buyer can not keep, or maintain, or retain possession this puppy/dog at any given time, Breeder MUST be notified immediately Breeder has 1st right to purchase said puppy back at ½ of the purchase price. If the Breeder declines, they will help to assist buyer in placing/rehoming of said puppy. At which time, buyer(s) with written permission will sign transfer papers of ownership to rehoming owner and NCRF will supply a relinquish of agreement to the buyer(s). Under no circumstances will the Buyer rehome the dog, which includes surrendering the dog to the shelter/rescue/pound/ 3rd party, medical testing facility or the like without written permission from NCRF.

We only approve families that have demonstrated to us that they are ready for a long-term commitment and with this we take a very personal approach to assisting each Buyer in choosing the perfect puppy to meet their needs and lifestyle. Buyer agrees to keep contact information, medical records- including any and all health testing results, vaccinations and any/all licensing required by Buyer's town/city/village/county and state up to date with the Breeder for the lifetime of the puppy.
Payment Provisions:
Payments made with PayPal/ CashApp/ Venmo/Zelle or the like CAN NOT be disputed for any type of payment reversal. All money/payments placed on a puppy are NON-REFUNDABLE (unless previously agreed upon in writing by the Breeder). We have a strict NO PayPal/Credit Card Charge back refund policy, and any Buyer who attempts to dispute a transaction will lose all money placed on their puppy and any rights to purchase a puppy from us now and in the future. Buyer will be charged a $5,000.000 (Five Thousand Dollars and no cents) fee for breach of contract terms if they attempt to do any payment reversal/charge back and will be fully responsible for any and all legal fees associated with Breeders court expenses Including but not limited to court fees, filing fees and reasonable attorney's fees. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in the State of North Carolina County of Onslow.

UNDERSTANDING THE CONTRACT TERMS: This contract is non-transferable. Buyer(s) agree that he/she has read the terms and conditions of this contract fully. This contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of North Carolina in the County of Onslow. All other States and Counties are asked to please accept this contract as Legally binding and enforceable.
Legal Provisions: In the event of any litigation in connection with this contract, the Breeder will be paid reasonable attorney fees, court costs and all travel expenses, which resulted for the litigation via the responsibility of the Buyer. This contract will be deemed a legally binding Contract and is under the jurisdiction of the State of North Carolina, in the County of Onslow. Buyer agrees that in the event of any legal action the Buyer must turn over the puppy with Breeder NC ROYAL FRENCHIE FARM until all court proceedings are finalized. It is further agreed that, if for any reason, filing for court, the place of venue shall be in Onslow County, North Carolina State.
