This is NOT a Bill of Sale/Contract to prove Ownership of said Dog/Puppy.
Thank you for deciding to purchase one of our puppies. We want to make this a stress free and enjoyable experience for you. Please feel free to email or call me with any questions or concerns that you might have along the way for the life of your new puppy. We will keep you up to date with information about your puppy as it grows until it is time for your puppy to go to its new home.

The Buyer agrees to place a $___________ NON-REFUNDABLE holding/deposit fee for 1 puppy from a NC ROYAL FRENCHIE FARM, ____________________(litter).
Purchase Price
The total Purchase Price of the Puppy is $__________ The Balance Due $___________, after crediting the holding/deposit fee of $___________, will be paid in full at delivery of the Puppy to the Buyer. This purchase price does not include any delivery or shipping charges which is calculated separately. If the remaining balance of $___________ is not paid within seven days from notification of puppy's availability, Breeder may offer said puppy to another owner without any further obligation to buyer.
There are no refunds on holding/deposit fees & failure of the Buyer to complete this purchase would subject Breeder to lost opportunities to sell the Puppy to some other Buyer & retention of the holding/deposit fees is meant to compensate Breeder for this possible loss. This holding/deposit fee signifies the intent on the part of the Buyer to follow through with the Purchase of this Puppy.
The Breeder reserves the right to void this transaction & refund the holding/deposit fee if we learn of any reason why Buyer might not be suitable for the puppy – (i.e. Buyer is found to be an animal abuser, violent person, representative of a Pet Store, representative of a pharmaceutical research laboratory etc.)
In the event the puppy should no longer be available due to some tragic accident or the Puppy were to die or otherwise be seriously injured before it goes to its new home then, of course, the holding/deposit fee may be returned to the Buyer or it can be transferred to another puppy of equal value or to another litter when it may become available.
PREFERRED DEPOSIT PAYMENT METHOD
Our preferred method of payment is by Cash or Wire Transfer. However, Payments can be made with PayPal/Venmo (If sending non Family and Friends there is a 3.5% charge for payment), CashApp, Zelle or the like CAN NOT be disputed for any type of payment reversal. All money/payments placed on a puppy are NON-REFUNDABLE (unless previously agreed upon in writing by the Breeder). We have a strict NO PayPal/Credit Card Charge back refund policy, and any Buyer who attempts to dispute a transaction will lose all money placed on their puppy and any rights to purchase a puppy from us now and in the future. Buyer will be charged a $5,000.000 (Five Thousand Dollars and no cents) fee for breach of contract terms if they attempt to do any payment reversal/charge back and will be fully responsible for any and all legal fees associated with Breeders court expenses Including but not limited to court fees, filing fees and reasonable attorney's fees. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in the State of North Carolina County of Onslow.

DELIVERY DATE.
This Puppy will be available for the Buyer to pick up personally in Hubert, NC and surrounding areas no earlier than eight weeks from its birth. This date is based on our estimation of when the puppy will be naturally weaned & ready to leave its Mom. Typically, our puppies stay with their Moms at an absolute minimum of 8 weeks of age but can go up to 10-12 weeks of age depending on the puppy’s needs.
If the Buyer is not able to pick up the puppy on the agreed upon Delivery Date, we will be glad to continue caring for the Puppy for a reasonable time, limited to five (5) days unless otherwise arranged, but we will add a charge of $30.00 per day for boarding for every day after the scheduled pickup date, not to exceed $200 per week.
DELIVERY CHARGE
For delivers outside of North Carolina, the Breeder is also happy to personally deliver puppies to their new homes or to meet the Buyer at some agreed in-between location. We charge .50 cents per mile times the round-trip mileage we drive as a delivery charge. This Delivery Charge is designed to pay for our gasoline, tolls & out of pocket expenses on a trip & may be more than .50 cents per mile depending on individual circumstances & destination.

GENERAL
This written Agreement contains all of the terms & the above conditions of the holding/deposit fee of this Puppy Deposit Agreement. By signing below, Buyer states that they have read the Puppy Deposit Agreement & is in complete agreement. Buyer agrees that they understand this agreement fully.
It is the intention of this contract to promote, advance and perpetuate the integrity of the French Bulldog and to protect the interest of both parties. This contract may not be modified or altered except in writing and signed by both parties and endorsed herein.
This contract shall be deemed a legally binding agreement and is under the jurisdiction of the State of North Carolina in the County of Onslow. It is further agreed that the place of venue shall be Onslow County, State of North Carolina.
By signing below, you are certifying that you have read and agree to the terms listed above and that you have made the appropriate arrangements to adhere to your contractual Agreement.
